How to extend or shrink  a volume size using disk management tools

1-log in as administrator
2-go to start menu
3-click on control panel
4-click on system and security
5-in administrative tools click on create and format hard disk partitions
6-to shrink a volume size right click on the drive click on shrink
7-enter the amount of space you want to shrink in the box
8-type your required size in mb(1gb-1024mb)
9-click on shrink
10-to extend a volume size right click on the drive click on extend
7-enter the amount of space you want to extend in the box
8-type your required size in mb(1gb-1024mb)
9-click on extend

NOTE:-your shrink and extend size should be depends on your free space.
