How to encrypt your data and drive using bit locker encryption

1-log in as administrator
2-go to start menu
3-click on control panel
4-click on system and security
5-go for bit locker drive encryption
6-choose your drive for encryption
7-click on turn on bit locker right to that drive
8-check box use a password to unlock the drive
9-type your own password carefully
10-password must me high complexity
11-click on next
12-choose your password recovery option
13-save ur recovery key to a location
14-click on start encryption.
15-wait for finish encryption it will take long time according to your volumes size.
16-restart your system to take effect

Note:
1-if you forgot your password use recovery key to recover your password.
2-if you deleted your recovery key then you cant open that drive.
3-you have don't have password or recovery key you have
to format that drive to decrypt again
