How to enable or disable a device driver permanently by device manager

1-Log in as an administrator.
2-click on start button
3-click on Control Panel
4-click on System and Security
5-In System click on Device manager
6-one another window will open with list of hardwares
7-choose the hardware device you want to enable or disable
(note-if device is disabled a down arrow mark will be there)
8-right click on those hardwares choose enable or disable.
10-A prompt will open imidiately,click on yes
